Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
